Returns & Exchange Policy

RETURNS

KUSHNI accepts returns or size exchanges of unused items in their original condition (unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached) requested to us within 3 days of delivery for store credit only.

Please raise a request for the same via our Returns & Exchanges Portal below :

KUSHNI does not offer refunds on orders due to the time and labor that goes into each product. Refunds are only processed based on fulfillment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. Please note that the return/exchange request will only be accepted once. The shipping amount deducted from your final credit note amount will be Rs.200 for all orders. All sold item prices are final and cannot be changed at the time of return or exchange.

Any complaint that is reported after 3 days of delivery will not be eligible.

Please note that sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

SIZE EXCHANGES

We offer size exchanges only for the same product, style, and color that you have purchased. 

In case your required size is not available, a credit note for the amount spent will be issued to you.

Please further note the below:

  • Please refer to our Website Terms of Use & Terms of Service. As computer/mobile screens vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor display of any color/texture/detailing will be 100% accurate.
  • Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact and securely packaged. Used products with no tags will not be accepted. 
  • Kushni reserves the right to refuse exchange or quality defect claim of any merchandise which do not meet our quality inspection or terms & conditions
  • If your exchange request is not accepted after physical inspection, it will be returned to you at your expense and a exchange/credit note will not be issued.
  • 'Damage' or "Defect" does not include any issue with the product pertaining to the style/design/color/print/natural texture/fabric texture/quality/thickness /embroidery/weave irregularities or handcrafted work of the product purchased.
  • Damage identified to be caused by customers will not be accepted.


    LIST OF NON-RETURNABLE/REFUNDABLE OR NON-EXCHANGEABLE PRODUCTS/ORDERS:
    • Products bought on a discounted sale price are final sale
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable
    • International orders are not eligible for returns or exchange
    • No refunds are entertained if there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or if the package is refused by the recipient or incorrect address is given.
    • No refunds are entertained for international shipments if the recipient refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and does not collect the order from the Shipping agency.
    • Refulfilled orders or orders on store credit/shopify gift card

    KUSHNI holds the sole discretion to determine whether a refund can be issued. 

    Order Cancellation 

    Order's can be cancelled (whole/partially) only before they are dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and our regular return/exchange policies will be applicable.

    Terms of Use - Website

    KUSHNI has created this Website to provide information about its company and products for your personal use. Whilst considerable effort has been made to ensure that the visual representations of KUSHNI products displayed on the Website are representative of the colour, design and style etc. of the original products, slight variations, distortions and/or differences may be apparent when compared to the original product. This may, for example, be due to technical issues such as your browser or computer settings. Accordingly, KUSHNI cannot be held liable for any apparent differences in the product images represented on the website and the original products.     Terms of Service - Customer Care 

    We request all customer and potential buyers to get in touch with our team on the mentioned customer care contacts for inquiries or concerns. Please note we have a no tolerance policy for aggressive, abusive, demeaning/defamatory behaviour or language against our customer care executives or brand. False defamation claims made against our brand on public platforms are taken seriously. 

    In any of the above cases arising, we will be terminating our services with the respective individual (buyer/non buyer) and will restrict use and contact from our social media handles, telecommunications and website. In case of any legal ramifications arising we will pursue the same. We will not accept any orders or returns from such an individual. KUSHNI reserves the right to identify the same as per our discretion on a case on case basis. 

    All policies are subject to change without prior notice. In case of any conflict Terms & Conditions Policy would prevail. 

    By registering or using or visiting  platforms, you explicitly accept, without limitation or qualification, the collection, use and transfer of the personal information provided by you in the manner described in the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Kindly read the Terms & Conditions as it affects your rights and liabilities under law. If you do not accept the Terms and Conditions , PLEASE DO NOT USE KUSHNI SERVICES.

    KUSHNI reserves the right to take any rightful legal action against the customer if any fraudulent activity is identified such as multiple usage & abuse of coupon code, wrong claims for orders etc.
