General Policy 

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let us know.

Please refer to the product description & disclaimers as well as the size chart before you make a purchase, and in case you are confused about your size or have any queries do get in touch with us and we will be happy to help you. We also take orders for custom sizes and heights at no extra cost, you may get in touch with us for the same. All sales from the website are final.

Please further note the below:

  • Do note the artisanal product disclaimer & product care instructions before any purchase. We inspect all our items for quality & defects before dispatch to ensure you get our pieces in a perfect condition.
  • Customers are requested to verify and review order(s) including colours, sizes, quantities, etc. of textiles /garments /objects before placing the order. Please refer to our Website Terms of Use & Terms of Service. As computer/mobile screens vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor display of any color/texture/detailing will be accurate.
  • If you have identified that an incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email . You can contact us at info@kushni.in within 24 hours of receiving the products from the email used to make the purchase and your order number and concern details. We will arrange for the exchange and delivery of the correct items.
  • If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect. If you feel that the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please photograph this as soon as you have opened the packaging.  You can contact us at info@kushni.in within 24 hours of receiving the products from the email used to make the purchase and your order number and concern details. We will arrange for the exchange and delivery of the items with the correct quality fresh piece.
  • If you face a size related issue we will do our best to help you on a case on case basis on special request, only if alternate sizes are in stock.
  • Please accompany your mail intimation to us with the images of the same.
  • Our team will verify the details, after which our team will email or contact you for the necessary action. 
  • Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact and securely packaged. Used products with no tags will not be accepted. 
  • Kushni reserves the right to refuse exchange or quality defect claim of any merchandise which do not meet our quality inspection or terms & conditions
  • If your exchange request is not accepted after physical inspection, it will be returned to you at your expense and a exchange/credit note will not be issued.
Orders that are returned to us without prior email intimation & approval by the brand or refused on delivery by customers will not be exchanged or refunded.
  • Damaged or soiled products will not be accepted.
  • “Kushni” will not be not responsible for any damage caused in return transit of the product.
LIST OF NON-RETURNABLE OR NON-EXCHANGEABLE PRODUCTS/ORDERS:
  • Products bought on a discounted sale price are final sale
  • Customised orders
  • Made to order pieces
  • International orders are not eligible for returns or exchange
  • No refunds are entertained if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address.
  • Original Shipping Costs
  • No refunds are entertained if there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or if the package is refused by the recipient.
  • No refunds are entertained for international shipments if the recipient refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and does not collect the order from the Shipping agency.
  • Refulfilled orders or orders on store credit/shopify gift card

Artisanal Product:

Every product at Kushni is designed to give age old hand crafts a contemporary and flattering look using our brand aesthetic and the highest quality of fabrics.

Our pieces are a result of detailed thinking, time, love and skilled hands. By buying our pieces, you contribute to not just celebrating beautiful forms of art but also sustaining and empowering villages and communities to become self-reliant. Please note 'Damage' or "Defect" does not include any issue with the product pertaining to the style/design/color/print/natural texture /embroidery/weave irregularities or handcrafted work of the product purchased. Please refer to our artisanal product disclaimer. Damage identified to be caused by customers will not be accepted

Note: Slight imperfections and some color variations may occur, a feature distinct to to all handcrafts, making your garment unique to you.

Order Cancellation 

No Refunds will be provided by KUSHNI on refusal of order delivery/ acceptance by buyer/user. 

Terms of Use - Website

KUSHNI has created this Website to provide information about its company and products for your personal use. Whilst considerable effort has been made to ensure that the visual representations of KUSHNI products displayed on the Website are representative of the colour, design and style etc. of the original products, slight variations, distortions and/or differences may be apparent when compared to the original product. This may, for example, be due to technical issues such as your browser or computer settings. Accordingly, KUSHNI cannot be held liable for any apparent differences in the product images represented on the website and the original products. Terms of Service - Customer Care 

We request all customer and potential buyers to get in touch with our team on the mentioned customer care contacts for inquiries or concerns. We will revert on the same within 24-48 hrs. Please note we have a no tolerance policy for aggressive, abusive, demeaning/defamatory or accusatory behaviour or language against our customer care executives or brand. False defamation claims made against our brand on public platforms are taken seriously. 

In any of the above cases arising, we will be terminating our services with the respective individual (buyer/non buyer) and will restrict use and contact from our social media handles, telecommunications and website. In case of any legal ramifications arising we will pursue the same. We will not accept any orders or returns from such an individual. KUSHNI reserves the right to identify the same as per our discretion on a case on case basis.

International Orders:

  • Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.
  • No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
  • In case of International Orders if a customer refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and doesn’t collect his/her order from the Shipping agency (like DHL, Fedex etc.) , then KUSHNI will not be liable to refund any amount for such orders.
  • Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please ensure that it is in good condition and has not been tampered with. In case you receive a package, which you believe was damaged in transit, please retain the original packaging (along with price tags, invoices, labels etc.) until we send someone from our team to review it. Additionally, please mention details about the damaged merchandise on the delivery receipt instead of signing it as 'received'.
